What is the Hourly Support Credit?
The Hourly Support Credit is a key benefit of your Home Membership. It provides an allocation that you can use to pay for any of our hourly support services, whether we assist you remotely or in person at your home. This credit allows you to access support without the stress of immediate, ongoing billing.
What do you mean by $50, $65, $70 Repairs?
For many common repairs, your Home Membership provides a flat-rate cost of only $50. This significantly reduces the cost of getting your devices back in working order. This can be repairs such as a screen repair on your phone, a laptop hard drive replacement, etc. (*Parts are not included. This perk is solely the service aka labor. Some limitations may apply. What does "40% Off Extra Hourly Support" mean?
If you use your entire Hourly Support Credit and require additional hourly assistance, you'll receive a 40% discount on those extra hours.
What does the "15% Off CellHelmet® Products" perk mean?

What does the 1 Malwarebytes Security License include?

Can I renew early if I run out of my support credits?
Yes, you have the option to renew your hourly support credit before your scheduled date if you deplete it. Please note that an early renewal will reset your renewal date to one year from the new renewal date.
